Our opinion about Bridgetown

Bridgetown, the capital of Barbados, is located on the islands south-west corner and is a fashionable spot for British holiday-makers due to its wide-ranging shops, restaurants, bars and activities. The town is best explored by foot, whereby you can take a good look into the duty-free stores and shops selling locally-made items. The Barbados Parliament building, National Hero’s’ Square and the War Memorial and Fountain Gardens make excellent photo opportunities, while Bridgetown’s stunning nearby beaches are much livelier than those on the west coast, making them an attractive playground for anyone looking for a bit of fun.
