Really relaxing, a great place for people watching. We did some shopping there are some good cheap souvenirs and bits worth picking up. Very friednly atmosphere.
There are mayan ruins, scuba diving and sea turtles. Would highly recommend.
Playa del Carmen is a lovely resort. Weather is so, so hot, lots of places around to eat and drink and plenty of loungers to relax in after stuffing our faces!!!
