I wouldn’t really recommend Kingston, i’d stay in the lovely beach areas. Although you get a much more traditional Jamaican atmosphere, it’s not really a particularly nice city, or much nicer than others in the Caribbean.
Saw a test match when we were there, what a great place to visit! Definitely worth checking out.
