wonderful holiday at the Tivoli in Carvoeiro. beautiful setting, the view is just wonderful, and a lovely clifftop view if you take a few minutes walk from the hotel. It's about 10 minutes walk from the town, so it's close if you want to eat there, but the hotel itself had a great restuarant, the food was delicious. Couldn't really fault it, had a wonderful holdiay.
A decent enough area, carvoeiro is like a small sister to albufeira or one of the biggest Algarve resorts. We've holidayed in this area for many years and think this is as gooad as any of them. Small, but very nice beach, decent hotel, zoo marine nearby, overall, very nice holiday.
