The beach gets very busy, so maybe if you can visit outside of the busiest parts of the year it would be better. Loungers are 15 euro for two, and you can keep them for the whole day. The area of Armacao de Pera itself is nice. We stayed at the holiday inn which was an excellent choice, great location, staff were excellent and very friendly, couldn't do enough for us. Food was great and I am already thinking of going back next year.
