Where to fly to from Norwich Airport

If you are flying from Norwich Airport, then here are some of our top suggestions from PurpleTravel.co.uk HQ.

First, let’s start with some facts. The site as you see it today used to be known as Royal Air Force Station Horsham St Faith, (RAF Horsham St Faith.) It was initially developed in 1939 so it’s got a long history attached to it.

The RAF left the site in March 1967 and over the next two years; the majority of the buildings and bits of the airfield were sold to Norwich city and Norfolk county council. The modern version of the travel hub, Norwich International Airport has developed by the county and city councils to the great location that serves thousands of passengers every year.
Waiting at the airport

Norwich Airport likes to make things easy for its patrons, whether you’re flying off somewhere hot, picking up friends or family or just visiting. A stop at the cosy caf? Oasis is a must, while the Eclipse Duty Free is a great place for shopping.
