Thanks to Purple travel for an excellent experience. You did as you said you would. What more can anyone ask?. The Isla Bonita Hotel in Las Americas, Tenerife was perfectly adequate for our 8 day stay. The ONLY real negative was the evening entertainment...POOR. The staff were all very helpful and mostly cheery. We had booked a "Superior" room with a pool view and that is what we got. The hotel could probably do with a bit of TLC. Check in was laborious but got there in the end. Signage was a bit hit and miss (Mostly Miss).. All in all good value for money.

I want to say a big 'Thank you' to Lisa and Customer services from Purple travel in helping booking my holiday to Dubai, sending me all the necessary documents and providing support even if it was Sunday and bank holiday week end. They were answering to me really fast and were great help.we stood in one of the most beutiful location in Dubai In a 4 star hotel Citimax which I do recommend for the friendly staff, very clean and good location 20 min by tube ti the City centre.we were welcomed at the airoport by the taxi driver which I booked the transfer with- he had my name written on a big piece if paper and was kind of a guide for us on the way to the hotel. After all we had the most amazing time and I would strongly recommend Purple travel to any one whishing to travel at an affordable price.
Sending a big thank you to Purple Holidays for arranging our fantastic recent holiday to Porto de la Cruz, Tenerife. Booking was really easy and staff could not have been any more helpful. The holiday price was great and a real bargain, so much so that we intend to return next year! Stayed the Alta Apartments which was in a great location. We asked for a high up apartment with sea views and were thrilled to be on the very top in a 2 bedroom apartment. Had complete privacy with our own huge roof terrace with sun beds Loved it!

Thank you very much purple travel for our best holiday ever,we recently returned from Majorca staying in the playa blanca hotel in sa coma,the hotel was excellent and the transfers were perfect. If the same holiday became available for the same time next year I would be interested to know. Many thanks Steve stopford

Just want thank you so much for THAILAND we got upgraded in last 2 hotels wow you excelled your self this time, if you could look at goa for 3 weeks end of January 2016 with pool looking to book may/June unless you find amazing deal before xx how's things with you xx
WE ARRIVED AT OUR HOTEL(BEATRIZ COSTA AND SPA) ON 19/02/15 AFTER A LONG AND TYRING TRAVEL. WE WERE ALLOCATED OUR ROOM, OFF WE WENT, ONLY TO FIND SOMEONE ELSES SUITCASES ALREADY THERE.CONTACTED RECEPTION TO BE TOLD TO TROOP ALL THE WAY BACK TO RECEPTION. WE WERE ALLOCATED ANOTHER ROOM BUT BECAUSE WE WERE SO HUNGRY WE WENT AND HAD OUR DINNER FIRST.WHEN WE GOT TO OUR NEW ROOM IT WAS OK EXCEPT THAT THE CURTAINS WERE NOT HANGING PROPERLY. ON OUR SECOND DAY WE HAD TO CONTACT RECEPTION THAT WATER WAS RUNNING DOWN THE WALLS FROM THE SHOWER ROOM ABOVE. THIS WAS FIXED BY THE ON SITE HANDY MAN ALLBEIT DURING THE EVENING WHEN WE WERE INOUR ROOM.APART FROM THIS I HAVE TO SAY THAT THE FOOD IN THIS HOTEL IS ALWAYS FIRST CLASS WITH A WIDE VARIETY TO SELECT FROM. PITY WEATHER WAS NOT A BIT KINDER DURING OUR STAY
