Our opinion about Pythagorion
The picturesque village in the South of Samos is well worth a visit. It’s moments from the spectacular Tunnel of Eupalinos and the Heraion of Samos. Loved every minute. It’s very close to the airport so it’s really convenient. Great food, and not really a touristy resort in the strictest sense of the word. It’s a small fishing village really, with great ambiance.
Pythagorian is ideal if you want to relax, there’s no sign of rowdy night clubs or that kind of thing, it’s totally relaxed for the most part. The area is very pleasant, the people are great, it being Greece, the food is just fantastically good. Very charming atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone.
Beaches are beautiful, very quiet, good for relaxing.
