Our opinion about Playa Jandia Morro Jable
Originally an old fishing town, Morro Jable still features plenty of that charm. The port should be your first visit, where you can watch the world go by over a coffee, or hop on the regular ferry service to Gran Canaria. With a long, sandy beach to enjoy and plenty of amenities, Morro Jable is the place for a great summer holiday this year. Very friendly, but I think it's more of a place for older kids, i think they’d prefer the evening entertainment and karaoke and stuff. Very laidback sort of place, with a couple of nice restaurants. Wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t brilliant.
Very built up I thought, there are big hotels, which are quite imposing, but once you get away from there it’s a bit more relaxed and comfortable. We spent plenty of days chilling on the beach which was clean and tidy, while the evenings were just eating and a glass of wine.
