The whole area of nuevo horizonte is a bit old and all needs a bit of a refurb. Still it's a quiet and relaxed place and for that i enjoyed it. i would recommend for older people maybe who want to do little more than a couple of walks and the beach.
Definitely way too quiet, there is nothting to do here, no restauarntas, beach wasn't even decent.
