Good for kids.
Perfect for kids, beach is great and goes on for ages. Mijas is more suitable for younger children as there is a water park closeby as well. Don’t think teens would be particularly impressed with it.

On the quiet side.
Very nice, more on the quiet side, with a fine selection of restaurants and a couple of bars. Of course if you want something a bit liverlier then you can always take the bus to Fuengirola for something a bit extra.
