Heartily recommend Lyon
Such an inspiring city. We stayed at the Mercure Lyon Lumiere and it was pretty close to perfection. The;s a beautiful park in the centre of the city and plenty of museums and galleries. Food and wine was excellent too. It was also much more reasonable than we expected, I would heartily recommend it for a city break.
