Our opinion about Cayo Guillermo
One of Cuba’s best and most famous beaches can be found in Cayo Guillermo. The Playa Pilar, named after Ernest Hemingway’s yacht offers a spectacular spot to relax in the Caribbean sunshine. The famous beach was also the setting for the climax of the novel Island in the Stream. Just superb. Hotel and whole holiday was very good. Great views and good facilities at the hotel and beach and pools were perfect. Happily recommend, especially for a honeymoon or couple holiday.
If you want to relax this is it. Great place to just relax on the amazing beaches all day. We were very boring and stuck to our hotel mostly, it was perfect to relax on.
