Canillo is just a few miles from the capital of Andorra and the French border, so you could make three holidays in one: ski session, capital tour and a trip across the border to discover the joys of France. In Canilo itself you'll find a great number of Andorra's old mountain houses, the "borda" many now have turned into restaurants...

A vision
It was snowing when we got to Canillo, so the whole place was completely blanketed in snow, made a beautiful picture. Town itself though is so beautiful, featuring water-streams and stone-built houses. Ideal for a winter break!
