The beach is really close to the hotel, and is decent like all the beaches in Greece. Buy a sunbed for the day, well worth it, as you can come and go as you like with the kids. Loads of options for restaurants and a couple of day trips. Locals are very friendly, only good things to say about it.

Had a relaxing time in the resort of Aghia Marina in Crete. The accommodation was at a good standard and local amenities were just a walk away. Ideal for a restful soul like mine! Still dreaming of its turquoise waters and golden sand.

I found it a very relaxing, family friendly holiday. Very pleasant, the people were great, beaches were lovely, it was super. Can’t say a bad word about it.
