When planning this trip I contacted Al Travel, Holiday Gems, Travel Bag, Caribbean Collections, Global Deal and Best Priced Holidays. I eventually booked with Purple Travel because Patrick in your booking department was absolutely superb. He was knowledgeable, totally professional and helpful. He phoned back with information on resort hotels promptly and paperwork was emailed to me promptly.

My husband and I were planning a special holiday to Mexico and Soso was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was always professional and very eager to please. She was very understanding, even when at times, I'm sure we tried her patience to the limit. She is a credit to the Purple Travel team.

The resort we went to was the 'Occidental Grand Xcaret' Resort in Riviera Maya and it was absolutely incredible. Contrary to the resort's own website, the resort is not 'minutes' from Cancun but over an hour's drive away, however, there is so much to see and do on the resort, that you just don't want to venture anywhere else. Despite the resort being very large, should you want to relax and do nothing by the pools or beach, it offers tranquility and peace too. The Eco-park is also amazing and completes the whole experience - it is almost like you have combined a safari-style holiday with a beach holiday, all within walking distance. We upgraded to the Unlimited Xcaret Xperience whilst at the resort, which offered further discounts and offers on numerous activities in and around the Resort, including a free one-night stay upgrade to the Royal Club and discounted wines etc.

The all-inclusive resort package offers outstanding value for money and food choices are limitless in all the restaurants. Don't expect 'nouveau cuisine' standard but the phenomenal choice makes up for where it lacks in finesse.

All in all, we would definitely return one day as it was a very memorable experience. Thank you again Soso for making it possible!

Dear Vicky, Firstly may i say a big thankyou to you for all you did for us.The holiday,the tickets the booking in for us both ways tranfers etc we had a lovely holiday,well done you.Just what we asked for.The hotel although 3 star was not the hilton but lovely.The staff were always very polite from recpetion to even the gardners who even said hello with a smile.The room were basic but clean what more did we want.The swimming pool was clean we had a great time in it and also all who used it.The food was good we even had fresh salmom cooked in front of you as you queid for our evening meal,delicious.Fresh food were available..The entertainment was second to none,what the staff put on we laughed so much and enjoyed there efforts of shows,brilliant.Louie was fab,and all the entaintaiment team. we would go again at the drop of a hat,but maybe have to wait to save up again.thankyou ,you found us a lovely holiday just what we asked for.

Thank you for your email we had a great holiday and I would have no hesitation in recommending the Miljhas Apartments.
However the number 1 and 2 apartments have the car park in front of them so ask for the other apartments.Don't worry we will be booking holidays with you in the future and have already recommended Purple Travel to lots of people both at home and on holiday.

The holiday was great, The hotel was fantastic with great food, great animation team & over all cleanliness, Also, our room was big and spacious with clean bed linen daily, What I really loved was the pick up service to and from our Hotel, I was driven in a beautiful car, given my update on flight on time etc and walked to the departure area, It was excellent !! Thank You Luca, amazing service.
 
This is the first time I've used Purple travel as I always have travelled with the big brands like Thomson, first choice etc. but I have to say I am so impressed with every little bit of the service that was provided for me. I have booked my second holiday with Purple travel & I'm travelling to Kos in Greece with my sister and niece in July and once again Luca has done a great job with looking at hotels, the reviews etc. for me.
