Our opinion about Puebla

Known as the City of Angels, Puebla in Mexico is an excellent holiday experience. European in appearance, Puebla was planned from the ground up by a Spanish city designer. And to add to its striking looks, its restaurant scene is one of the best in Mexico. Considered to be the home of mole sauce, Mexico’s rich cinnamon and chocolate sauce and also the home of Camote, a sweet potato entrée, Pueblan food is particularly special. After dinner, visitors can walk around the stunning city centre, admiring its remarkable sights along the way, including a fabulous cathedral, a ‘hidden’ convent, museums and colonial mansions.
