Our opinion about Elche

A little bit further inland than its coastal neighbours, Elche is a great base for exploring the Costa Blanca. The historic town has plenty to see either in its palm tree plantation or its local festivals, while the beaches of Murcio and Alicante are just a short drive away.

The town has a handful of restaurants serving tapas and local fish as well as top international cuisine and your meal is often accompanied by traditional music.
