Cala Barca
Our opinion about Cala Barca
The white sand beach of Cala Barca makes for an excellent holiday destination. At 35 metres long by 25 metres wide, it might be popular with tourists, but there’s plenty of room for everyone. Sun loungers, parasols, showers and toilets can all be found on this well-equipped beach, and sea kayaks can also be rented along the coast.
The fine sands and shallow waters mean that Cala Barca holidays are ideal for children, and a restaurant on the beach sells food and cool beverages. If you do want to escape the warm sands, you’ll find Porto Pedro less than 3km away. This small fishing village is a gateway to the Mondrago National Park and holidaymakers can enjoy hiking and guided walks among the stunning landscapes.
