Located on Menorca’s sunny north coast, the long sandy beach is the big draw for those choosing Arenal D’en Castell holidays. This quiet and relaxing resort is popular with families and shouldn’t be confused with the livelier resort of El Arenal on the south coast of the island.

The warm shallow waters of Arenal D’en Castell are ideal for paddling and the bay is surrounded on all sides by rugged cliffs, which offer the resort hotels scenic views out toward the beach. In the morning, fisherman often can be seen out in their boats on the water and this industry is still very much alive on Menorca’s north coast.

Arenal D’en Castell has a few laid-back bars and some supermarkets where amenities can be purchased. You’ll also find the Coves Noves Centre close to the beach which sells labels from Spanish designers.
