Just wanted to drop you a note to say a massive thank you to Natasha who helped get us transferred from the hotel originally booked to one closer to the airport. The agent I originally spoke to gave us incorrect information, anyone can make a mistake and Natasha was really helpful!

I would like to send feedback on one of your agents, a lady called Isabelle who I believe, from her accent,is of South African decent. I was looking on Teletext Holidays for a short break with my son, I made a few inquiries of different companies, their agents were either very pushy or (to be honest) downright dismissive of someone seeking a budget holiday. I was extremely impressed by Isabelle, she was pleasant, informative, she took her time to explain the alternatives to me and because of her pleasant demeanor you got a sale! I booked a holiday with Purple Travel and just wanted to mention what a thoroughly enjoyable time we had. I just arrived back last week and wanted to let you know the customer service was excellent and I believe the staff I spoke with really went above and beyond to find us a good deal. Our hotel in Sharm was very good, and the transfers were bang on time. Overall a great service!

I just wanted to write to say thanks so much for such a fantastic holiday. I’m just back from a week in Rhodes and it was brilliant. Myself and my hubby just wanted a week of chilling out and that was what we got. We got a great value package and had a lovely experience with your staff. I am writing to say massive thank you to your staff Sophia and Terry for an excellent customer service!!
I have booked recently twice holidays though Purple Holidays company, one in May to Cuba and second coming up for July to Fuerteventura. Both, Terry and Sophia were very polite and friendly over the phone and made me feel even more excited about  my holidays.
I travel a lot and have so many bad experience with rude staff over the phone while booking holidays.
I am very satisfied with your staff and want to say thank you again for such a polite manners and brilliant customer service.

The holiday was FABULOUS! Very cool and unspoilt. Loved it. The much anticipated transfer was brilliant too - 2.5 hour taxi, 30 min ferry and 5 min golf buggy ride - all met with my name on a card - can't have been simpler! Appreciate all your help, and well definitely recommend Purple to friends!

I just wanted to write a quick note to say thanks for everything. We had an absolute belter of a holiday, the only problem is I wish I was back there!!!! After a small panic at the last minute when there was a problem with our boarding cards, after a quick call, I found them and we jetted off to Spain! Loved it.

Tonight we have received superb customer service from Ibo (also known as Andy). Staying on after his shift was no problem for him and he stayed on the phone through all the separate booking stages and was extremely helpful and full of knowledge. thanks very much we will definitely be using the company (and ibo) again!

Great service, fine hotel, good weather, Lanzarote is a good place for a holiday and we got a decent deal with Purple. Would book again.

I write to you as a very satisfied customer.  I was set the mammoth task of booking a team building trip for 7 men to Antalya.  I was given a strict budget and the lads knew which flight they wanted.  Your colleague Terri helped me extensively with picking a suitable hotel. Unfortunately, with it being close to 10pm Terri was not able to confirm the room combinations with the agent.  The next day I called in again and Leo helped me with various room combinations.
 
With the travel party consisting of work colleagues, it was paramount that we had separate beds for each person.  Leo tried his utmost best to get twin bed confirmations.  Unfortunately the hotel agent was not able to take responsibility of guaranteed twin beds and this further delayed the booking process.  By the time Leo and I had agreed on the room combinations, only 6 seats were available on the required flight.  Leo then tried his best to suggest alternatives, working past his hours of work. Again unable to agree on flights we had to part on an unsuccessful booking.  
 
I had given up! Later this afternoon I received a call from Terri at approximately 6pm, she advised me that Leo had passed the booking back to her.  After a lot of hard work and tenacity Terri was able to make a booking for all 7! Thank you Terri and Leo.  Both very professional and helpful, truly an asset to your company.  I shall be making further booking with Purple Travels in the future thanks to the great customer service that I received.

Just a quickie - we have had a fantastic holiday thank you except that we were unable to turn the sun down - 40 degrees was a tad too hot but we soon realised what the pool and umbrella's were for!
Joking aside, from the moment we saw the rep from YouHotels with our name on his board we knew we had arrived. Our transfer was cool and efficient both ways and the on site rep was very informative and helpful.
We will travel with Purple Travel again - possibly Egypt and possibly same hotel, but definitely where there is a YouHotels Rep!

I feel that I must comment on Purple Travel, for your response to my gripe with regard to our recent holiday to Sharm el Sheik. The fact that we got to speak to real people, and that those people did actually listen is quite eye opening, and I can guarantee that we will be holidaying again with Purple travel.

Lots of help when booking, and the agent (called Mike) made sure to answer all my questions about good places to bring my two girls! Couldn't have asked for more, they loved it.
Would be happy to go back to Albufeira again, sun, sea and sand is all you need!

I booked with Purple and we had a holiday in Sharm last year. My husband was sick throughout from the food we received from the hotel restaurant. and I was very disappointed with the response from the hotel etc. I called Purple to complain and they said there was nothign they could do apart form lodging a formal complaint. Not good enough.

I just wanted to say a big thanks to everyone at Purple Travel, I really appreciate all the help in booking my trip to Lanzarote and your patience dealing with my (many !!) questions. We're just back and myself and my partner had a wonderful time and everything went to plan.
