Norwegian is a low-cost airline and the second largest in Scandanavia. It is also the third largest low-cost carrier in Europe. Norwegian reported in 2014 its highest ever passenger figures with almost 24 million passengers flying Norwegian. Norwegian operates routes across Europe, North Africa and the Middle East as well as some long-haul flights to the US and South East Asia. Norwegian flies approximately 424 routes to 130 destinations. In 2013 and 2014 Norwegian was voted Europe’s best low-cost carrier at the SkyTrax World Airline Awards.
