The nearest beach is just 50 metres away and the historic town of Kissamos, with its famous Roman and Venetian monuments and also some of the best nightclubs in the area, is 1.2 km away. Falasarna is located just 18 km west of the town and is the most beautiful and the longest beach in West Crete, while in the north guests may also see Gramvousa, the pirates’ island with its Venetian castle.
