Puerto Rico in Gran Canaria has a busy marina, water sports, lively nightlife and a traffic-free promenade and Aquasur; the biggest waterpark in the Canary Islands is also in the area.Partially renovated in 2010, the Palmeramar Apartments complex has 86 apartments and each one has a furnished terrace, most with nice views, satellite television and a kitchenette with basic facilities and cooking equipment including a mini-fridge, hob, kettle and deep fryer.There is a swimming pool suitable for adults and children, with its own waterfall and Jacuzzi, a restaurant serving breakfast and dinner, a snack bar next to the pool for snacks and refreshments and a mini market for those all important room essentials. Guests can exchange currency onsite and there is also the possibility to use the internet or rent a bicycle and explore the area.
