Would highly recommend Purple Travel just back from 10 nights in Costa Del Sol and everything was excellent, our flight was diverted to Seville as Malaga was fog bound and have to admit we did panic slightly as we thought that we would have to make our own way to hotel which is 2 1/2 hours away but transfer was sorted with very little hanging around. The cost of the holiday was much cheaper than quoted by other operators and we booked just 2 days beforehand so was very last minute but from start to finish was excellent will definately be booking our holiday for next year with this Company. Well done and keep up the good work if only there were more like you.

First of all i would like to tell you that we had a fantastic holiday and the service we received from your company was the best we have ever received. We have told everyone we met in Greece how good you are and will be booking our next holiday with you.

We encountered 1 problem though. We booked a private transfer both ways. The taxi was there at Corfu airport on time and took us to the hotel. But on the night we were due to leave the hotel (03/08/2012) no taxi turned up!! It was booked for 11-45pm and had been confirmed 48 hours before. We waited for half an hour but in the end had to call a local taxi and pay 60 euros! myself and the hotel manager kept trying to call the transfer company but it kept ringing.

Now please don't think I'm blaming Purple for this but could you tell me who to contact to see about getting half my transfer money back?? I would appreciate any assistance you can offer

Hi Evelyn, We had an amazing holiday on Kuredu Island in the Maldives!
It really is like paradise on earth! We did lots of snorkelling and swam with turtles, saw sharks, sting rays, starfish and all the fish from 'Nemo'.
The island has so much more to offer than just sun bathing, so we weren't bored for one minute. The golf course is great, too. My husband and my son loved it too!!!

I was looking on Teletext Holidays for a short break with my son, I made a few inquiries of different companies, their agents were either very pushy or (to be honest) downright dismissive of someone seeking a budget holiday. I was extremely impressed by Isabelle, she was pleasant, informative, she took her time to explain the alternatives to me and because of her pleasant demeanor you got a sale! I write to you as a very satisfied customer.  I was set the mammoth task of booking a team building trip for 7 men to Antalya.  I was given a strict budget and the lads knew which flight they wanted.  Your colleague Terri helped me extensively with picking a suitable hotel. Unfortunately, with it being close to 10pm Terri was not able to confirm the room combinations with the agent.  The next day I called in again and Leo helped me with various room combinations.
 
With the travel party consisting of work colleagues, it was paramount that we had separate beds for each person.  Leo tried his utmost best to get twin bed confirmations.  Unfortunately the hotel agent was not able to take responsibility of guaranteed twin beds and this further delayed the booking process.  By the time Leo and I had agreed on the room combinations, only 6 seats were available on the required flight.  Leo then tried his best to suggest alternatives, working past his hours of work. Again unable to agree on flights we had to part on an unsuccessful booking.  
 
I had given up! Later this afternoon I received a call from Terri at approximately 6pm, she advised me that Leo had passed the booking back to her.  After a lot of hard work and tenacity Terri was able to make a booking for all 7! Thank you Terri and Leo.  Both very professional and helpful, truly an asset to your company.  I shall be making further booking with Purple Travels in the future thanks to the great customer service that I received.

Just a quickie - we have had a fantastic holiday thank you except that we were unable to turn the sun down - 40 degrees was a tad too hot but we soon realised what the pool and umbrella's were for!
Joking aside, from the moment we saw the rep from YouHotels with our name on his board we knew we had arrived. Our transfer was cool and efficient both ways and the on site rep was very informative and helpful.
We will travel with Purple Travel again - possibly Egypt and possibly same hotel, but definitely where there is a YouHotels Rep!

I booked with Purple and we had a holiday in Sharm last year. My husband was sick throughout from the food we received from the hotel restaurant. and I was very disappointed with the response from the hotel etc. I called Purple to complain and they said there was nothign they could do apart form lodging a formal complaint. Not good enough.

It was confusing from the very beginning, delays in getting my confirmation and then problems when I arrived on site in the resort. The hotel had mixed up our double room for a twin room, a small detail you might think, but whenever you go away, you want it to be perfect. This wasn't.

I booked a holiday with you and I have to say Elena the sales person was BRILLIANT. She went out of her way to make sure I got the best package. I know she went over her allocated hours to ensure I got booked in the time frame I gave her. Please pass this to line managers. Its unusual to get someone who does her job professionally. Would recommend Purple Travel any time!

I booked a ticket today and i got served by one of your personal travel advisers, her name is Angel. I've worked as a manager in customer services for the past 10 years and I can say she was amazing, great customer service. We had a problem with a booking because of the spelling of my difficult surname and she went an extra mile to sort it out. Great adviser and a fantastic person to keep in your team.

Thanks to her i would use this web page again and I will recommend it to my friends.

Terrible, i'll never book with this company again, I got the run around from the moment I picked up the phone. Rude when I called to complain about a mistake in my booking. Then had to pay to change it! No thanks.

There was nothing to do in the resort, it was really steep with hills everywhere, it rained for 3 days. I won't be going back to Portugal agian.

I am writing this email to make you aware that one of your team members in the name of Angel was EXTREMELY helpful in helping me book my first holiday to Tunisia for April 2012.

I decided to use teletext.com as a search engine to book my 1st holiday abroad on the recommendation of a friend. Eventually I tracked down a quote to Tunisia which meant that I would end up speaking to one of your advisors.

I had to ring 3 times in order to speak to a friendly and helpful agent, and ANGEL was the ONE! I was appalled with the service of the other 2 agents which meant that I had to ring back on the 3rd time in order to book my holiday.

As it was my first ever holiday booking Angel noticed I was nervous and reassured me that she will have everything sorted for me there and there. She was on the phone to me for nearly hour and half as well as answering every silly little questions that me and my friend had!

She promised to send my hotel vouchers and transfer vouchers along with other documents in an email within the hour. I believe she finished her shift at 9.00pm but I was still on the phone to her at 9.10pm! email got to me successfully and I was very shocked with her determination of getting the vouchers and other documents to me within that day that she stayed over her shift time!

Well all in all you have a very good agent on your hands and I will definitely recommend her to my friends and family.

Got call back with very good deals after a few hours after first call. Went to Kusadasi in Turkey and it was fab. My daughter and I loved it and we would go back again in a heartbeat. We had great service from Purple and I would use again.

I wanted to say a big thank you for finding us our 5 night very last minute break to Spain. We arrived back home last night having had a great time. The main purpose of the holiday was to find the sun and I am happy to report that we were not disappointed!! My two children had a great time as did my husband and I. So thank you again from us all.

The service and information from Purple travel was excellent I called with a criteria for sea and sun at a reasonable cost and the sales staff came up with a holiday from heaven for me. I had a fantastic time thanks to the holiday resort suggested by Purple.

I would just like to say a big thank you to Jessica on the booking team and Hazel on the customer services team. I booked a holiday for 2 adults and a child to a apartment in Salou. having read the reviews online my partner decided she didn't want to go, the reviews were that bad. I spoke to Hazel and Jessica and within 2 days they had come back to me with 3 replacement accommodation options. We selected a better more family orientated options. We enjoyed a very late organised week in H Montechoro in Albufeira.
This was a great late break and much of the credit for finding and sorting it at very short notice is down to a young lady called Terri.
She was patient, understanding and resourceful. All the paperwork was a treat and I have been happy to recommend you to friends. So all credit to Terri and to yourselves for our break in August.

I meant to contact you to thank you for arranging a very nice holiday for us. The flights were on time and very good. The transfers were excellent - we were met by a gentleman holding up our name on a placard and he took our cases and wheeled them to a minibus which we shared with only one other couple, so no waiting around. On return an enormous, new, luxurious, empty coach turned up and we thought that can't be for us, but it was, and only 2 other pick up points on the way back, so well on time. Brilliant - very good value. Glad we booked that with you. Accommodation - El Sombrero, Los Gigantes, Tenerife - very good - we had a one bedroom apt. even though we booked a studio. Brilliant view from large balcony, very clean, spacious and well equipped. Well maintained premises and gardens. Very happy with it. So we were very satisfied with our booking with you - very good value. Thank you - we'll come again.
