ONLINE BOOKING REQUEST
When you click “Pay”, we will manually attempt to book each individual component of your holiday with the relevant suppliers for the services you have requested.
At times it is possible that we cannot confirm all components of your holiday when making the booking. Should this event occur, you will receive an email advising you that your booking is still on request. If you have received this email, please ensure that you do not make other arrangements regarding your requested holiday yet (such as annual leave from your workplace), as it is possible that your booking may not be confirmed.
When we have received confirmation from your component suppliers, we will contact you by telephone or email to advise that the holiday has been booked and confirmed. You will be receiving a confirmation email within 48 working hours to the email you have provided, so please ensure that you have typed your email address correctly, as we cannot be held responsible if you do not receive this information. Please note that you must assume that your booking request is going ahead, unless you receive an email from us that booking request has been cancelled.
As per our Booking Terms, the contract for your holiday will be between you and the various suppliers, and the contract is formed once we have received a confirmation invoice from them. Once your booking has been confirmed, you will be subject to the suppliers’ Terms and Conditions as well as our own Terms of Business. This includes any cancellation or amendment fees from both our suppliers and ourselves.
All fuel supplements and non-optional costs of your holiday component(s) are included in the advertised prices. Optional extras subject to additional fees may include luggage charges (£15 - £65 per person), transfer fees (£4 - £60 per person), in-flight meals (£10 - £20 per person), extra legroom, premium seats, accommodation upgrades, etc. All prices advertised are based on two (2) sharing.
Because we do not operate a website with live offers, we reserve the right to change prices upon enquiry and reservation, where you will be advised of the current prices prior to confirming your contract. All holiday offers are deemed available at the time of loading onto our website, which is generally done once daily. Advertised and quoted offers are subject to availability. All quotations given over the phone are valid solely at the time of enquiry and are subject to change until your holiday purchase has been fully confirmed. In the extremely rare case that a price of your arrangements changes while in the booking process, we will provide you with suitable alternatives or refund the full amount of your payment, which may take up to 3 business days to appear on your statement.
PurpleTravel.co.uk advertised holiday prices are subject to change due to availability. It is possible that whilst you are midway through making your reservation on our site or verbally over the phone, a component part of your holiday may increases or decreases in price or become unavailable. You will be alerted to such changes prior to completing your booking. Although this is a rare occurrence, such events are outside the control of PurpleTravel.co.uk and should the case be that the component price has changed or the component subsequently becomes unavailable, PurpleTravel.co.uk cannot be held liable. If a component part of your holiday has increased, or decreased, the new price will be shown to you before payment is taken and the booking is confirmed. For clarity, a component part of your holiday arrangement may be a flight, accommodation or resort transfers.
PurpleTravel.co.uk advertises through several different forums, prices shown are subject to the advertiser’s terms and conditions of advertising. All prices shown again are subject to availability and do not include any of the optional extras such as resort transfers, in-flight meals, checked baggage etc. Again you will be alerted prior to completing your booking via our call centre with regards to any increase in cost.
